Our Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter/ Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, orders, and purchases at the counter.
  • Utilise product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell products to meet customers' needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
